Oxmazetol 300 mg Tablet 10's is used to treat and prevent epilepsy (seizures). As long as you take the medication, it will only function to stop seizures; it cannot treat epilepsy. The 300 mg Oxmazetol Tablet may be taken either on its own or in conjunction with other medications. Your doctor will decide on the dosage and frequency of administration so that you receive the proper quantity to manage your symptoms. It might be raised gradually. You can take this medication with or without food, but for maximum effect, take it at the same time every day. It typically takes a few weeks to start working.
